You can download a letter confirming you are a current student, the degree you are studying, and whether you are studying on a full-time or part-time basis. Often these letters are needed for Centrelink, embassies and employers to confirm the status of their students.
Your confirmation letters can be accessed on ISIS via the pathway:
NavBar (compass icon) > Menu > ISIS > Academic Records > Letters
Enrolment Confirmation letters
Enrolment Confirmation Letters are used to confirm the courses you are studying for the year. The letter confirms the following information:
- Courses in which you are enrolled for the year;
- The degree you are studying;
- The unit load for each of your courses;
- The total number of units in which you are enrolled for each semester/trimester/session; and
- Full-time/Part-time status.
Program Confirmation letters
Program Confirmation Letters are used to confirm the degree you are undertaking. The letter confirms the following information:
- The degree you are studying;
- Undergraduate/postgraduate status;
- Date of your commencement;
- Duration of your degree;
- Internal/external attendance status;
- Language of study; and
- University dates.
