How to book an appointment

Submit an online request via the new client or existing client links below. The first appointment will be a brief phone call to help us understand your needs and support you to access the most appropriate service. Please notify our staff if you have particular access, mobility, communication, or other needs at this time.

If you are looking to book on behalf of someone else, please note that students must give their consent to participate in ANU Counselling and ANU Student Safety and Wellbeing services. In line with person-centered and trauma-informed care principles, we recommend that students are supported to complete their own online request form in the first instance.
