Confirmation/reminder email to participants
If a confirmation or reminder email is sent to participants before the event, the email should remind participants that the event will be recorded. Note: this is only applicable to public events, not normal practice for guest speakers in courses.
The suggested wording to include in the email is:
The event will be a public lecture/event/symposium and will be recorded. The recording will be made available after the event.
