| 31 July | 28 August |
| 31 August | 28 September |
| 30 September | 28 October |
| 31 October | 30 November |
You are eligible to apply for Out of Session Conferral if:
- All your course grades are finalised.
- You have no outstanding obligations to the University (e.g. library fines, accommodation fees, tuition fees etc.).
- You are not waiting for appeal or reassessment outcomes.
There are no costs associated with this process for conferral. Testamur/s will be posted to the nominated mailing address (domestic or international), and all awarded digital documents will be accessible via My eQuals.
Submit your application early if you need your conferral for job applications, visa extensions, or further studies. Conferral dates cannot be fast-tracked.
If your conferral aligns with the main conferral periods in July and December, you will be included alongside coursework students. No Out of Session Conferral application is needed.
If you confer out of session, you will still automatically be invited to the next Graduation Ceremony. Invitations will be emailed to Alumni's email closer to the event.
