Haven't received your first password?

We are very excited to welcome you to the Australian National University!

We understand that some students may have encountered an issue accessing their student accounts due to not receiving their passwords, and we apologise for this inconvenience. We understand this is due to some external email servers blocking the communication. While we know you must be eager to access your accounts and get organised for the coming year, we are extremely grateful for your patience in this matter.

Please call the ANU IT Services team between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm AEDT. They can be contacted via telephone on: +61 2 612 54321. For password enquiries, please select option 1, followed by option 2.

In the meantime, you might like to explore your degree program, and choose which courses you might like to take via our Programs and Courses webpage. You can also find an overview of what you can expect in your first weeks at the ANU through the ANU1001 Orientation Module.

When you receive your password, you can find instructions online about enrolling for the first time as a coursework student, and we encourage you to give it a go!
