Set4ANU Orientation Volunteers and Mentors

Set4ANU is a fun, free program designed to prepare students to excel at The Australian National University through holistic support during the first semester orientation and transition period. This encompasses both O-Week events and the semester-long Set4ANU Mentoring program. By volunteering with in our programs, you can expect to learn new skills, meet new people, and help new ANU students.

More information about the program can be found here: https://www.anu.edu.au/students/information-for/new-students/set4anu-program

Registrations for Set4ANU Mentors, Set4ANU Orientation Volunteers, and Set4ANU Student Leaders are all currently open.

Set4ANU Mentors are the key to the sucess of our mentoring program. We are looking for mentors who care about the experience of new students, are willing to invest a bit of time over a semester getting to know and support a small group of students, and want to develop their coaching and peer support skills. Our new students (mentees) are a diverse bunch from a range of backgrounds and we'd like a diverse group of mentors, so we encourage later year students from all backgrounds to apply! Applications to be a Set4ANU mentor are currently open, and will close on September 30th 2019 at 9am. Please apply here: https://anu.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5yIvjWN1aw3nqkt.

We depend on later year students who are passionate about helping new students during their orientation to ANU. Our Set4ANU Volunteers run campus tours, help in our mobile teams, and staff our drop ins. If you are interested in being a volunteer, please register here: https://anu.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7NJ6UWrXV0EZo0t. Registrations close September 30th 2019.
