Grow your own sprouts and microgreens at home
Sprouts and microgreens are a nutritious and delicious addition to salads, stir fry and even sandwiches. You just need just a pot or a jar and some seeds. If you've got a warm benchtop or sunny windowsill, your sprouts and microgreens will thrive. Come and have a go at planting your own small tray of microgreens or starting your own sprouts to take home.
Sprouts and microgreens grow quickly - in some cases, you can be eating within days after you start them. And, if you keep planting or starting the seeds, you can have a continuous supply.
All materials including seeds, mix, jars etc. supplied. Please bring a bag to carry your sprouts or seedlings home.
This workshop is free for ANU staff and students.
