Requiring only a piece of paper and a pencil, you will be guided to draw creative and repetitive patterns that allow your mind to rest, pausing the thousands of thoughts that flurry past.

One of the theories of Zentangle is the 'No Mistakes Theory' where you learn to work fearlessly. The philosophy is - "if you mess up, you'll always find a way to make it better."
