Virtual Health Fair

ANU Thrive and the Centre for the Public Awareness of Science (CPAS) proudly present the 2021 Health Fair, 7 October 10am -1pm.

Virtually explore the fair, meet health services from both on and off campus, and support student health initiatives from SCOM3033 - Health Promotion Principles and Practice.

To accommodate the ongoing lockdowns in Australia and to connect with international students, the 2021 Health Fair will be run online. Do not panic, this is not just another Zoom lecture or online webinar, the Virtual Fair will simulate a real fair environment using Topia, a social engagement platform with fully customizable virtual worlds, where you can "walk" around and talk with different stallholders, participate in activities, and listen to talks.

All are welcome to join the fair anytime between 10 am - 1pm to explore, communicate, and connect with different stalls and health initiatives at ANU.

To join in on the fun, register via Eventbrite and we will share the link to the Health Fair closer to the date.

The fair will feature ANU Thrive, ANU Sport, ANU Counselling, SHFPACT (Sexual Health and Family Planning ACT), MIEACT (Mental Illness Education ACT), Care Financial Counselling, Relationships Australia Canberra and Region, PHXchange, Uni Virtual Clinic and Canberra Environment Centre. Plus, don't forget, the fair will be promoting students lead health initiatives from SCOM3033 - Health Promotion Principles and Practice, such as Students Against Scurvy, Uni'd Sleep, Tell a Mate Not to Vape and more!

Be sure to come along to support the ANU community. Virtually explore, communicate, and connect with different areas of your health and wellbeing.
