Stress Better Workshop

Join fellow students at a Stress Better Workshop.

This workshop is designed to give you a better understanding of stress, worry and anxiety. Qualified facilitators will reference evidence-based research and share stories of lived experience managing difficult situations.

By the end of the session, you will:

  • have an increased understanding of stress, and the effects it can have on your physical and mental health
  • recognise stress tolerance and the ways we impact our stress levels
  • be able to identify areas of influence and control when it comes to stress
  • learn simple strategies to respond to stress and know when to seek help.
