Head of School's Prize for Outstanding PhD Research in Law

Each year the ANU Law School may offer one award known as the Head of School's Prize for Outstanding PhD Research in Law (‘The Award’).

Overview

The objective of the prize is to recognise the most outstanding thesis of the year submitted by a student of the ANU Law School who has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy. 

The value of the prize awarded is $1000. If two or more students achieve the same top mark, the prize awarded in that year shall be divided equally between them. 

The prize will be on offer annually from 2024 unless otherwise advised. 

Funding for this prize has been provided by the ANU Law School.
