Deane Terrell Prize for Econometrics

Each year the ANU College of Business and Economics may offer a prize which shall be known as the Deane Terrell Prize for Econometrics.

Overview

The objective of the prize is to award an undergraduate student who achieved the best result in EMET2007 Econometrics I: Econometric Methods, and a postgraduate student in EMET8005 Econometric Methods and Modelling during the academic year in which the prize is offered.
    
The value of the prize awarded is $1,000 each.

The prize will be on offer from 2025 to 2035.

The Deane Terrell Prize in Econometrics is awarded in honour of Professor Deane Terrell, former Vice-Chancellor of the Australian National University, to an undergraduate student and a postgraduate student each of whom achieved the best result in EMET2007 and EMET8005 during the academic year.
