All graduands who indicate they are attending the Conferring of Awards ceremony will be offered up to two guest tickets. When responding to your graduand invitation, you will be asked to indicate how many guests you would like to attend the ceremony - 0, 1 or 2.
Extra guest tickets
Students who indicate they wish to attend a ceremony in February 2022 will be contacted via their student email account regarding a ballot to request extra guest tickets.
The ballot will open from 6 December 2021, and will close on 20 December 2021. Students may apply for up to three additional guest tickets.
There is no guarantee that extra guest tickets will be available; the number of available tickets is dependant on a number of factors including venue capacity, pandemic related restrictions, and the number of graduating students.
Students must enter the online ballot to apply for additional guest tickets: contacting the Graduations Office in any other way will not result in tickets being allocated.
If you are successful in obtaining extra guest tickets, please be aware that the additional seats may not be located next to your original allocation.
The outcome will be advised to your identified email addres no later that two business days prior to the date of your ceremony.
