Successful time management starts with understanding and managing yourself so that you can adopt the strategies that are most likely to work for you. This will help you overcome that common barrier to getting things done: procrastination.

The overaching aim is to find balance - so you can complete your studies whilst still having time for the other important and enjoyable activities in your life.
