Ms Jennifer Nott

My work at the ANU over the past 15 years has provided me with the opportunity to engage with staff in a broad range of administrative, academic, technical and research support roles.  I am passionate about continuing to strengthen the relationship between academic and professional staff in order to maximise the collective skills, knowledge and capabilities that drive the ANU to be both an outstanding University and a wonderful place to work. 

My career at ANU has offered me roles in Research Schools, Faculties, Colleges and a Service Division.  I have a background in Human Resource Management and have worked in a wide variety of roles incorporating projects focusing on people, performance, processes and structures.  My areas of interest include organisational learning and culture, particularly their impact on organisational change and team performance.  I have a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Business Administration.  I am currently the Executive Officer for the Joint Colleges of Science (CMBE and CPMS).  I would welcome the opportunity to represent the professional staff community of ANU on Academic Board.
