Student Administration eForms

Phase one of the Manage My Degree (MMD) eForms is now available.

MMD merges a number of paper-based forms to a single eForm providing online, streamlined and simplified student administrative processes across ANU. You'll now be able to self-manage your degree anywhere you can access your ISIS account.

The eForms complement the current suite of ISIS self service functionality. They facilitate both students and staff in carrying out the following activities:

  • Apply for leave
  • Return from leave
  • Program Withdrawal/Voluntary Discontinuation
  • Change enrolment - add/drop coursework
  • Change of intensity - full-time or part-time
  • Change of program level - PhD/MPhil/Professional Doctorate
  • Apply for an extension of program - including scholarship extensions
  • Apply for an extension of electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)

  • Change enrolment - add/drop coursework
