Public Holidays

Classes timetabled on a Public Holiday will not be held. Replacement or 'make-up' classes might be offered at another time at the discretion of a Course Convener. 

If requested through the Timetable Office these will appear in the Timetable Viewer after semester starts, before the public holiday occurs. Specific instructions are usually provided to students by their teaching staff and via course websites.

Staff Absences

If a timetabled class is not held due to the unavailability of teaching staff due to illness a replacement 'make-up' class might be offered at the discretion of the Course Convener. 

If requested through the Timetable Office these will appear in the Timetable Viewer once the make-up arrangement is confirmed. Specific instructions are usually provided to students by their teaching staff and via course websites.
