Public Holidays

Classes timetabled on a Public Holiday will not be held, and a replacement class may be generated.

Replacement classes due to Public Holidays are not automatically generated during timetable production, and requested by the College and/or School Administration unit in consultation with their teaching staff.

Replacement classes generated through the Timetabling team will appear in the class timetable, available via the Timetable Viewer.

Staff Absences

If a timetabled class is not held due to the unavailability of teaching staff due to illness a replacement class may be generated.

Replacement classes due to the unavailability of teaching staff because of illness are requested by the College and/or School Administration unit in consultation with the teaching staff.

Replacement classes generated through the Timetabing team will appear in the class timetable, available via the Timetable Viewer, and teaching staff should also communicate the arrangements with their students.
