Teaching Services Support Team

The purpose of this email is to provide information on the implementation of the new Teaching Support Services Team.

The Teaching Services Support team was recently created with a dedicated focus on centrally timetabled teaching rooms and is the integration of F&S and Information Technology positions and staff members.  The team is both administrative and operational in nature.

The team has a dedicated focus on supporting the 105 centrally timetabled teaching rooms, including daily room checking for IT, AV, WHS, soft FM and any other issues that may arise, to ensure a positive experience for all room users and stakeholders. Service will be offered from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Operational timeframes will be reviewed after Semester 1, 2021.

Updated signage (see above) and direct contact information will also ensure a more streamlined process for students and lecturers when issues do occur within the rooms.
