School of Engineering General Fund

The School of Engineering (SOEN) General Fund supports the School's highest priorities. In 2020 and 2021 our priority is to ensure greater diversity among those who practice engineering by providing financial support to students from groups currently underrepresented in this area of study, such as women and students who have experienced disadvantage.

All undergraduate students study 'Systems Engineering', an interdisciplinary approach that prepares students to design, analyse, and manage the complex systems that are prevalent in our society. This inclusive and 'whole' system approach to education reflects our goal for greater diversity. Your support allows us to continue to nurture diverse points of view required in an innovative environment, and produce more robust solutions that better serve the whole of society.
