Through workplace giving, ANU Staff are empowering students, changing lives, and helping our University community make a positive difference.

Ways to give

ANU staff members can choose to make donations through fortnightly pre-tax payroll deductions. Receive immediate tax relief without the need to keep receipts for your tax returns. Your Group Certificate will summarise the donations you have made during the year for your annual tax.

In order to set up a fortnightly payroll donation, please complete the workplace giving online form.

Your donations will be deducted from your fortnightly salary within one month of completing and returning the form.

Cash out leave

You may be eligible to cash out annual or long service leave to support your workplace giving, in accordance with the ANU Annual Leave and Long Service Leave Procedures. Contact CommunityWellbeing@anu.edu.au to determine your eligibility to cash out leave and donate it.

If you are found eligible, please complete the online workplace giving form found here.

Details in the form include: 

• What area of the University to direct your donation.
• Whether you want to make your donation pre- or post-tax. 
• Number of hours being donated.  

Credit card donation

If would you prefer to make a single donation, you can do so using a credit card via our online donation form.
