Perspectives from Indian Competition Law on unilateral conduct

Based on a study conducted by the speakers on all decisions to date of India's competition regulator (Competition Commission of India or CCI) on vertical restraints and abuse of dominance, Rahul and Shruti will be presenting a lecture on competition trends in this area. In their presentation, they will investigate empirical data, economic and legal thresholds used by the CCI in such cases, and discuss trends in these areas of competition law in India.
