About the Speaker

Nicholas Freudenberg is Distinguished Professor of Public Health at CUNY and directs the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute. He is the author of At What Cost Modern Capitalism and the Future of Health (Oxford University Press, 2021) , Lethal but Legal Corporations, Consumption and Protecting Public Health (Oxford University Press, 2014), and more than 150 peer reviewed publications and policy reports.
