Ms Merran Kelsall
Merran Kelsall is a professional independent company director, originally qualified as a chartered accountant. She has considerable experience of audit, finance, risk and compliance committees and significant expertise in organisations with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, particularly large mutuals. She also gained experience in resolving customer complaints and alternative dispute resolution as the inaugural chairman of Public Transport Ombudsman (Victoria). Merran is a Professor of Practice, School of Accounting at the UNSW Business School, director of RACV Limited, Vic Super, Melbourne Water Corporation and director and Deputy President of CPA Australia Ltd. She has held many directorships, including of Colonial Limited and the National Gallery of Victoria.
