Mr Tony McGrath

Tony McGrath has more than 30 years of experience in business, particularly in re-shaping companies and providing high-level strategic advice. A former partner at KPMG, he is the co-founder of McGrathNicol, one of the country's most highly respected restructuring and advisory firms, which was established mid-2004. He has advised on a number of high profile corporate restructures including Pan Pharmaceuticals Group as well as HIH. He has a range of experience in advising boards on governance issues, assisting boards in undertaking restructuring, undertaking transactions, chairing audit committee roles and understanding regulatory requirements. He is a Commissioner of the National Rugby League, Trustee of the National Foundation for Medical Research and a Non-Executive Director of Servcorp Ltd.
