General Experience

My background is in both private and public sector organisations within Human Resource (HR) and business functions. I have held various senior roles in HR from Chief People Officer to Executive Manager locally and globally with expertise in remuneration and risk.

Educational Background

I have completed my undergraduate degree at Charles Sturt University with a double major in Human Resources and Employee Relations. I have also completed a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources at Deakin University. I have completed several intensive Human Resource courses including the Strategic Human Resource course at Harvard University.

I am currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management in the United States and I have approval to undertake my AICD – Company Directors Course.

Board Experience

As the Chief People Office of Mercy Community Services I was responsible for reporting and presenting to the Board monthly and was a member of the Board sub-committee for People and Remuneration.
