While in government, she led policy debate on a wide range of economic, social, environmental, and cultural issues, including sustainability and climate change.

Join us in conversation with Rt Hon Helen Clark as she brings her leadership experience and expertise in governance, politics, and policy, to explore the challenges facing the world today and what is needed to achieve a healthier and thriving future for all.

In conversation with Sharon Friel, ANU Professor of Health Equity and Director of Planetary Health Equity Hothouse, you will hear about the global challenges we face as a society and how these impact health and human security; our governance systems and what is needed to ensure a future where humanity can thrive; and what this means for our leaders of the future.

Opening remarks will be made by ANU Vice-Chancellor, Professor Genevieve Bell.

A panel discussion and Q&A, moderated by Dr Arnagretta Hunter, Human Futures Fellow and Clinical Senior Lecturer, ANU College of Health and Medicine, will invite broader discussions and shared experiences from the group.
