Joyce Fildes Honours Scholarship in Medical Science

This scholarship is offered by the ANU College of Health & Medicine.

The purpose of the scholarship is to assist a student, enrolled in the Fourth Honours Year of the undergraduate degree course or enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Science course

Eligibility

To be considered for the scholarship, a student must enrolled in the fourth honours year of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Science undertaking a research project at the John Curtin School of Medical Research.

The value of the scholarship is $7000.  The scholarship will normally be held over two academic semesters

A relocation allowance of up to $4,000 is available for Joyce Fildes Honours Scholarship holders recruited from outside the ACT Region. The allowance will usually be paid as reimbursement of actual costs for approved travel.

How to apply

Applications will be called for each year at a date and format set by the Director, JCSMR.

Applications are open from 1 November - 30 November for commencement in semester 1 the following year, and from 1 May - 15 June for commencement in semester 2.
