Jennifer & Ian Prosser Scholarship

Overview

The Energy Change Institute is pleased to offer the Jennifer and Ian Prosser Scholarship to support a first year Master of Energy Change student. 

Funding for this award has been generously provided by Jennifer and Ian Prosser, Canberra residents who value the importance of higher education at ANU, the interdisciplinary approach to energy change and sustainability, and the need to support regional and rural students of Australia.

Master of Energy Change

Eligibility

The award is available each year to a current of prospective ANU student who:

  1. is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen; and
  2. receives an offer of admission to the Master of Energy Change program.

Benefits

The value of the award is for $5,000 for one year.

How to apply

If you receive an offer of admission to the Master of Energy Change program and would like to be considered for this award, please submit:

1) A cover letter

2) CV

3) A statement outlining the extent to which you are able to demonstrate how this degree will support your ongoing commitment to the field.

If applicable and to support your application, please provide evidence that you have lived in a remote, rural or regional area of Australia for:

  • a period of at least 12 months in the past 2 years; or
  • at least 12 months within 2 years prior to the commencement of your undergraduate degree.

Remote, rural and regional eligibility will be determined via the geographical classification defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard - ASGS, at DoctorConnect)
