Fenner School of Environment and Society Director's Honours Awards

Field of study

Honours in any field offered by the Fenner School of Environment and Society.

Eligibility

The Awards shall be available for award each year to students who:

(a) have been successful in gaining entry into the Honours year of a program of study through the Fenner School of Environment and Society

(b) have a strong academic record

(c) have willing and suitable supervision.

Selection basis

The Awards shall be offered principally on academic merit. The Selection Committee may also take into consideration the Honours topic, the availability of suitable supervision, the applicant's previous academic record and reports from two academic referees familiar with the applicant's work (if required).

How to apply

Applications must include:

(a) a statement of no more than one page in length describing the intended research, which must be in the domain of Environment and Society, and the motivation for undertaking research on this topic

(b) the applicant's academic record

(c) name and contact details of the applicant's identified supervisor/s

(d) contact details for two academic referees familiar with the applicant's work.
