Overview

The ANU Centre for Gravitational Astrophysics (CGA)is offering supplementary scholarships to candidates who are willing to undertake research in the field of gravitational wave and space instrumentation.

Female and female identifying candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

The scholarship will commence in 2021.

Up to 3 scholarships are available.

Field of study

Physics – Gravitational Wave and Space Instrumentation

Eligibility

  • Applicants must have secured an offer of admission into the PhD program in Physics;
  • must have been awarded a stipend scholarship (AGRTP or URS);
  • current domestic and international candidates are eligible;
  • prospective domestic candidates are eligible.

Benefits

A stipend of $15,000 per annum. There are no other benefits.

  • a 1-page letter of research interest;
