Overview
The Mathematical Sciences Institute (MSI) will award up to ten, $1,000 Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences Relocation Grants. The Grant is available to provide financial support for students who have been schooled in, and resided in areas outside of the Canberra region and its immediate surrounds, and who are now relocating to the ACT and applying for admission to the University for the first time.

Eligibility
The Grant shall be available to an applicant who:
- Has been schooled in, and resided in an area outside of the Canberra region. Please note that this excludes students from the immediate surrounds (areas such as Queanbeyan, Karabar, Sutton, Bungendore or Murrumbateman or any of the following postcodes: 0200, 2600-2612, 2614-2620, 2900-2914).
- Is enrolling either full-time or part-time in the Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences.
- Is enrolling at ANU for the first time.
- Has received an approved Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or ENTER score and applied for admission to the ANU through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) during the intake this Grant is being offered. Please note that direct applicants are not eligible.
Benefits
The grant provides a one-off payment of $1,000 to be paid in the first semester of the student's undergraduate degree program
