ANU Science Olympiad Scholarship

Overview

Applications are open from 1 January - 30 November 2023 for a prospective ANU student commencing study in 2024.

The College of Science and the College of Health and Medicine may offer an award known as the ANU Science Olympiad Scholarship  which is offered to students who have represented Australia in the International Science Olympiads and been awarded a Gold Medal.

The scholarship aims to support students studying science and health disciplines at the undergraduate level.

Eligibility

The award is available to a prospective ANU student who:

  • is a domestic or international student;
  • receives an offer of admission to a program offered by the ANU College of Science or the ANU College of Health and Medicine;
  • receives an ATAR of 95 (excluding adjustment factors) or above;
  • has represented Australia and been awarded a Gold Medal in the International Science Olympiad in one of the following areas - Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Geography, Mathematics or Physics.

Benefits

The scholarship provides a stipend of a minimum of $5,000 per annum for up to 3 years.
