ANU College of Business and Economics Access Scholarship

Overview

Each year the ANU College of Business and Economics may award a CBE Access Scholarship to a prospective student who is applying for admission to an undergraduate degree program offered by the ANU College of Business and Economics.
 
The ANU College of Business and Economics is committed to strengthening educational outcomes for students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
 
The scholarship will assist with the cost of studying in an undergraduate coursework program at the College, meet other scholarship recipients and build strong professional networks.

All disciplines at the ANU College of Business and Economics

Eligibility

The Award is available each year to a commencing ANU student who:
  1. is a domestic student; and
  2. is a current school leaver in Australia at an Australian High School (or College); and
  3. receives an offer of admission and will enrol in an undergraduate program offered by the College; and
  4. is eligible for National Access Scheme (NAS) financial hardship adjustment factors.

Benefits

The scholarship is $5,000 per annum. It is paid in equal instalments at the beginning of each semester providing the recipient passes all the courses each semester or session. 
 
The award payment will align to the recipient's academic study load. For example, 24 units enrolment constitutes 100% award payment; 18 units enrolment constitutes 75% award payment, etc.

How to apply

All applicants applying for admission to ANU through the direct Admissions Scholarship and Accommodation Application will be automatically considered for the award based on meeting the eligibility criteria and electing to be considered for scholarships.
