Admission Reforms & New Agent Portal

Agents can submit applications to ANU through two agent portals, UAC and StudyLink Connect.

UAC Agent Application Portal

We've recently changed our admission and selection processes and have partnered with the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) to provide a new application portal. Please note, some programs are excluded.  Applications for excluded programs must be submitted through the StudyLink Connect Portal (see below).

What you need to know

  • There are two student intakes each year - Semester 1 and Semester 2, with up to three rounds per intake.
    • Semester 1 2020 applications are open now and will close 15 December 2019 - see our timeline below.
    • Semester 2 2020 applications will open 28 November 2019 and will close 13 May 2020.
  • There are three assessment and offer rounds in each semester. See the timeline below.
  • Students can only preference a single program.
  • To be considered for an offer, students must meet English language requirements, pre-requisite and cognate requirements for their preferred program by the application deadline for the round.
  • Students will be ranked against other candidates applying for the same program.

What you need to know

  • Applications for Semester 1 2020 are open now.
  • Minimum requirements for entry to these programs may include providing a portfolio, doing an audition or providing additional documents to support an application. Check Programs and Courses to see if additional requirements apply.
  • One-year full-time Honours programs for undergraduate coursework are included here.
  • Flexible degree programs for undergraduate coursework are included here.
  • An application fee of A$100 applies.
