Accommodation Services has a zero tolerance procedure for abusive or threatening behaviours directed towards staff via telephone, email or in person. This includes shouting, swearing, threats, name calling, racist comments and inappropriate gestures.
Those who conduct themselves in a manner outlined above will have their telephone call terminated, email not responded to or will be required to leave Accommodation Services office immediately.
Any of this behaviour by a prospective resident or someone acting on their behalf will also jeopardise the chance of that person being offered a place in University approved accommodation.
