Each year the ANU College of Law may offer one award known as the John Mitchell Prize for Estate Planning.
The objectives of the prize are to recognise the student(s) who has demonstrated a high level of academic excellence through being awarded the highest result in LAWS8322 Estate Planning: Issues and Strategies at the ANU College of Law.
The value of the prize awarded is $500. If two or more students achieve the same top mark, the prize awarded in that year shall be divided equally between them.
The prize will be on offer from year to year unless otherwise stated by the donor.
Funding for this prize has been generously provided by alumnus John Mitchell OAM (BA '82 (Economics)).
Details of prizes including eligibility and Conditions of Award are subject to change without notice.
