University Mental Health Day is an important day to acknowledge well-being and mental health. This year ANU Thrive has arranged several speakers to discuss the ins and outs of mental health and well-being. The talks will discuss personal experiences, healthy coping mechanisms and how to take care of yourself during isolation.
