University Mental Health Day

Almost half of adult Australians will experience a mental disorder in their lifetime. Taking care of your mental health has never been more important than now as we all try to adjust to the new normal.

University Mental Health Day is an important day to acknowledge well-being and mental health. This year ANU Thrive has arranged several speakers to discuss the ins and outs of mental health and well-being. The talks will discuss personal experiences, healthy coping mechanisms and how to take care of yourself during isolation.

The talks will be published on the 5th of May for you to watch and share. Click interested or going on our Event to stay in the loop with who our wonderful speakers are and what they are going to talk about!
