PARSA is launching a free eight-week Yoga Program with an experienced registered yoga teacher, Nayan Sarda.
Yoga is an excellent way to relax and unwind. This program starts from the basics and does not require any prior experience in yoga. Through this program, you would be able to:
- Improve concentration and focus
- Enhance balance, flexibility, posture and muscle tone
- Better cope with stress with relaxation techniques
