Spoken on the Korean Peninsula by more than 77 million people and many millions more worldwide. Korean is the language of a booming K-drama industry, an internationally-successful K-pop industry, and more recently, the Oscar-winning film Parasite.
It is also a language isolate, meaning that it has no demonstrable relationship with other languages and developed mostly independently.
So how can one learn the language?
ANU Learning Communities invites ANU students to attend a crash course of the Korean language with a native Korean speaker.
