International recognition of your best work – deadline extended to 16th June, 2014

9 May 2014

ANU has joined the Undergraduate Awards (UA), an international program recognizing high quality academic writing and visual arts by undergraduate students. Students whose work wins or is highly commended in one of the twenty five categories are invited to attend the UA Global Summit in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. The Global Summit is a three day conference attended by students and industry leaders that addresses issues of global significance. Winners of the awards have their work published in the UA international multidisciplinary journal of undergraduate research and their travel and registration costs are covered by the organisation.

How do you apply? It couldn’t be easier!

All ANU undergraduate students in their final two years of study, or students who graduated from an ANU undergraduate degree in 2013, are eligible to submit work for consideration. The piece of work you submit must have been previously graded by ANU (2013 or 2014) and have received a minimum grade of 2.1 or higher (about 70% or greater). The word count varies from discipline to discipline, but is above 1750 words. Work is submitted using a simple online form. More information about the submission process and the UA program.
