Associate Professor Jolyon Ford is the Associate Dean (International) at the ANU College of Law. He is mainly interested in ways to influence social and governance impact of business and investment activities in fragile, post-conflict and transitional settings, and the private sector's role in conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is also an expert in emerging regulatory frameworks on businesses' human rights responsibilities. Jolyon's wider research interests include reflecting on the role of law, lawyers and legal institutions in developing countries, especially where emerging from conflict or diplomatic isolation. He has a particular interest in his birth country Zimbabwe.
