Provost and Senior Vice-President

As the Chief Academic Officer of the University, the Provost and Senior Vice-President is responsible for supporting the Vice-Chancellor and President in leading and managing the University, and delivering the ANU Strategic Plan with a particular focus on integrated management of the University’s academic activities, encompassing education, research and innovation and the student and staff experience. The Provost and Senior Vice-President is tasked with the cohesive implementation of the University’s overall academic mission centrally, in Colleges and with our community. This role is a unique opportunity for an outstanding leader with exceptional academic distinction and the highest professional standing, with a demonstrated ability to provide senior academic leadership in a world-class, 21st century, university.
