Peter McGregor Scholarship Endowment

The Peter McGregor Scholarship Endowment will support the award of one or more PhD top-up, Masters top-up or conference travel grants, and will be awarded to a Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics PhD or Masters student.

The RSAA has established the Peter McGregor Scholarship Endowment, which was created to fund an annual award honouring the late Professor Peter McGregor, a much loved and respected member of the faculty.  Peter was remembered for his pivotal role in designing and building world-class astronomical instrumentation as well as developing technical programs within the school. In keeping with Peter's expertise, recipients' research will either be within in the instrumentation program or have an instrumentation component.
