The Research School of Electrical, Energy and Materials Engineering (RSEEME) within the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) is a creative mix of staff and students that embrace the breadth of engineering professions.
Our undergraduate students study 'Systems Engineering', an interdisciplinary approach that is unique in Australia. This approach prepares students to design, analyse, and manage the complex systems that are prevalent in our society. Graduates leave with a degree that equips them for success in both research and industry careers.
The School's research and teaching staff have extensive networks of international collaboration with research institutions and industries in Europe, the Asia Pacific and the USA for research and teaching activities. The School has a strong working relationship with Data61 CSIRO, as well as research partnerships within industry with companies such as TransGrid, Chromasun in the US, and Trina Solar in China. We collaborate with research institutions including CSIRO and MIT.
Our research covers a broad range of areas within engineering. We encourage and support a dynamic research environment in which we incubate new areas of research until they reach their full potential and become established research groups. With your support, we can continue to nurture learning and research in an innovative environment.
