Take advantage of the beautiful spring weather with free outdoor stretch and flex sessions.
Stretch and flex will be conducted by one of ANU Sports' great group of fitness instructors and is a class designed to increase flexibility through dynamic/static stretching, joint mobility and self-mobilization of soft tissue.
We have organised two sessions and encourage you to take a break and get your family and friends along. The session is open to all ages and abilities, and you can register for multiple sessions.
Schedule: Tuesday 11 October, 7.30-8.30am at University Avenue Lawns (Outdoor)
Wednesday 12 October, 12-1pm at University Avenue Lawns (Outdoor)
Please note that if the weather is not conducive, we will be moving the session indoors at ANU Sport. Change of venue will be communicated through email.
