World Mental Health Day 2022 - Free jujutsu session

Take advantage of the beautiful spring weather with free outdoor jujutsu sessions.

The ANU Sport Jujutsu club has been functioning since 1976. They teach traditional Japanese jujutsu, and the sessions will include basic self-defence and methods of striking, locking the joints, grappling, throwing and falling safely.

We have organised two sessions and encourage you to take a break and get your family and friends along. The session is open to all ages and abilities, and you can register for multiple sessions.

Schedule: Wednesday 12 October, 7.30-8.30am at University Avenue Lawns (Outdoor)

Thursday 13 October, 10-11pm at University Avenue Lawns (Outdoor)

Please note that if the weather is not conducive, we will be moving the session indoors at ANU Sport. Change of venue will be communicated through email.
