Celebrating National Student Volunteer Week

National Student Volunteer Week (10-16 August) is an opportunity to celebrate student volunteers and encourage them to engage in the community. Educational institutions across Australia will participate in a variety of events created around the theme of "Collective Impact: Give. Grow. Connect." ANU+ is hosting events in partnership with Volunteering ACT and the ANU Volunteering Society:

Virtual Volunteering Expo and Networking
Tuesday 11 August, 12-1.30pm

An opportunity for ANU students to engage directly with volunteer organisations in the Canberra community. The expo not only provides a platform for students interact with industry partners but also build relationships with other student volunteers.

Volunteering Panel Event(12.00-12.45pm)
Thursday 13 August, 12-12.45pm

After a presentation by Canberra's peak body for volunteering, Volunteering ACT, you will hear from a panel of students that have completed ANU+ about how they have enhanced their employability skills through volunteering.
