Wellbeing, physical, spiritual and mental health
We have a range of initiatives, programs and resources (some with translations) that will support your physical, social, spiritual and mental health to help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle during your studies. ANU Thrive is a team of trained students who are available to guide students to on-campus and remote health and wellbeing support.

ANU Counselling Centre offer free and confidential counselling via Zoom (audio and video, or just audio) for all currently enrolled ANU students, including ANU College students.

24/7 ANU Wellbeing and Support Line (formerly ANU Crisis Line)
The ANU Wellbeing and Support Line is a confidential and free personal crisis counselling available after hours and on weekends. It is available to all ANU students at no cost to them, for support with situational stress, emotional difficulties and mental health concerns. it is also available to all ANU student leaders for debriefing and wellbeing support

Access and Inclusion
Access and Inclusion provide assistance for students to participate fully in their program of study by minimising the impact of disability and disadvantage on learning.

National Health Co-op
ANU National Health Co-op is a confidential medical service which can provide support, information and referral. Membership to the National Health Co-op is free for ANU students and a small monthly fee for ANU staff.

A chaplaincy service provided by a multifaith team of chaplains, including members of Christian, Baha'i, Humanist, Jewish, Muslim and Hindu traditions.

Respectful Relationships Unit
The Respectful Relationships Unit provide information, support, case coordination and referral for those impacted by sexual assault or sexual harassment including those supporting someone who has experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment.
How to access it: Email to arrange a Zoom or phone appointment. You can also disclose an incidence of sexual misconduct using the ANU Sexual Misconduct Disclosure Form.
Student Central is your first point of contact for anything relating to student administration, advice and support services at ANU. The friendly team can help you with a range of enquiries from enrolling in your course and understanding fees and invoices, to getting your student ID card, graduation and more.

Dean of Students
The Dean of Students provides confidential, impartial advice and can help to resolve problems by acting as a neutral intermediary between students and the academic or administrative areas of the University.
