Terry is a Senior Partner in PwC's Consulting practice in Canberra, Australia and the Global Government Defence Leader. He specialises in property, infrastructure and facilities management, financial management, property management service delivery models for Federal Government, major Corporate and overseas Government and Corporate models. Terry has a deep understanding of Federal Government initiatives and a strong network of senior relationships. This knowledge sets a solid foundation for effective relationships and open communication with key decision makers.
Previously the Chief Executive Officer for UGL Services, Terry headed up a team of over 2,500 personnel in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK that delivered real estate, facilities, project, financial and procurement service excellence. Terry established UGL Services into Asia Pacific's leading Corporate Real Estate and Services Outsourcing business. His experience within PwC includes outsourced property and strategic portfolio management for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Department of Finance and Deregulation, and reviewing and recommending on costing models for organisations such as Telstra, the National Australia Bank and Tabcorp.
Terry completed his Bachelor of Economics at the Australian National University and is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He also maintains the position of Chairman of the National Capital Authority, is represented on the board of the Canberra Raiders National Rugby League Club, Ricky Stuart Foundation (for Autism) and a number of other boards and professional associations.
