ANU China Study Hubs

The Australian National University (ANU) launched its first offshore student study hub in Shanghai, China, in August 2020, to support the University's China-based students as they commenced or continued remote learning during the pandemic. The ANU Study Hub is located in Australia House and hosted in partnership with the Australian Chamber of Commerce Shanghai. Subsequent study hubs have been set up in Beijing, Chengdu and Shenzhen to provide ongoing support to China-based students studying remotely.

The Hubs have proven to be a highly valuable resource for students in China, with their dedicated, staffed student 'drop-in' study spaces to facilitate collaborative study and provide quiet learning spaces for students. In addition, the Study Hubs host a regular program of events, workshops and activities, which will be free of charge and open to all current ANU students.

All official Study Hub events are free for students, but RSVPs are essential and places are limited for some activities (for example, company visits). Places are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Where possible, Study Hub events will also be livestreamed for students across China.

In Semester one 2022, we will open Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu study hubs to ANU full time enrolled students from 14 Feb 2022. Please see hubs general information and booking links on below. Please kindly note, a pre-booking will be mandatory for all hub visits. 

ANU Beijing Study Hub
